All commissions for games or business-related use are considered commercial and priced with a commercial fee that varies depending on the scope of usage.

I retain full rights to all artwork unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Clients receive usage rights for the commissioned work for the agreed purpose (e.g., game asset, promotional material).

Artwork may not be resold, edited, or redistributed without permission.

Payments are made via paypal invoices.

A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the remainder due either upon seeing a refined sketch. Other payment plans will have to be discussed separately.

I ask for green light at each stage: 1) thumbnails, 2) rough sketch and colors, 3) refined sketch and grayscale, 4) rough render, 5) polished illustration

Revisions are (typically 3 small fixes per stage), with additional changes charged separately.

Completetions usually take 1-3 months depending on current availability and scope of the project.

A specific deadline can be set within 1 month from starting the payment. Otherwise a rush fee (usually 15-20%) has to be paid.

I will provide updates throughout the process and deliver final files in the agreed formats.

A PSD file with organized layers is included.

If the client cancels after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.

If I am unable to complete the work due to personal reasons, a full or partial refund will be issued.
